Analyzing high-resolution, single-cell multiomic data

Analyzing datasets that measure different molecular modes in thousands of single cells orin multimodal context can be challenging.

To enable the interpretation of these complex datasets, 10x Genomics provides analysis and visualization software for evaluating genomic,
epigenomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic data.

Join us for a condensed, hands-on workshop, as we discuss software, methods, and guidance that can be used to analyze your 10x Genomics
datasets.

Guidelines for submitting service requests: 

  • Register for an iLab account by clicking “register” in the top right corner of the home page
  • Once you have an account, request access to our Core page (“BCH IDDRC Molecular Genetics Core Facility”)
  • Your lab/team is responsible for entering your own fund number
  • Use the “Request Services” tab for any full-service projects
  • Use the “Equipment Reservations” tab to book any self-service machines

Location and Hours of Operation

We are located in the Longwood Medical Area, in close proximity to many of the researchers and clinical teams we work with.

Our building is the Center for Life Science (CLS). We are on the 16th floor, benches 16030.19-16030.22
